MarcEdit 4.5 Update 3 Now
Added: MarcEdit 4.5 Update 3 is a full, updated version of MarcEdit
4.5+. This version supersedes all previous versions. To see what's been corrected or
changed in Update 3, please see the Change Log.
MarcEdit 4.5+ is probably my most ambitious upgrade to date. Over
the past year and a half, I've implemented a native Z39.50 client,
XML API and Unicode support for the MarcEditor. This upgrade represents
a major improvement to the MARCEngine's traditional MARC functionality,
in addition to the inclusion of an XML API which will allow any
user to create their own data crosswalks.
MarcEdit 4.1.473 -- Download
Now
MarcEdit 4.1+ will continue to be made available for those users
that don't wish to download current version of MarcEdit or want
to say with the previous version of MarcEdit. Please note, if you
continue to use MarcEdit 4.1, please download the two patches below
(you will probably need to restart your computer between installation
of patches) to address a handful of issues of reported issues. However,
no further patches will be issued for MarcEdit 4.1. MarcEdit 4.5
is now the current developmental version of MarcEdit.
